Established in 2013, Scarfes Bar was conceived as a homage to the classic gentleman’s clubs of yore, infused with a modern twist. The bar’s namesake, Gerald Scarfe, has adorned the space with his satirical artworks, turning the venue into a living gallery. Over the years, Scarfes Bar has become synonymous with innovative cocktails, live jazz performances, and an ambiance that exudes sophistication and charm.

Design & Atmosphere

The interior of Scarfes Bar is a masterclass in opulence and comfort. Guests are greeted by a roaring fireplace, plush velvet armchairs, and shelves lined with over 1,000 antique books sourced from a Portobello antique dealer. This collection of 24 original creations, including two non-alcoholic adaptations, serves as liquid doorways for guests to experience Scarfe’s surreal and creative outlook on the world.

• Silk Sonic. A velvety concoction of gin, golden kiwi, bergamot liqueur, and fig leaf tonic.

• Guest Policy: Walk-ins are welcome, with tables allocated for 1.5 hours. Reservations are accepted for hotel guests and parties of six or more. Children under 18 are not permitted after 6:00 PM.
