History & Concept
Since opening in 2014, Manhattan Bar has quickly risen to global fame, drawing inspiration from old-school New York and infusing it with Singaporean flair. The bar was one of the first in Asia to introduce a rickhouse (whiskey-aging room) within a hotel, allowing it to age its own cocktails and craft unique barrel-aged experiences.
