Founded by Thanos Prunarus, Baba au Rum was envisioned as a “Rum & Cocktail Society” — a place where people gather to explore the history, culture, and flavor of rum from across the globe. Prunarus brought a deep respect for tradition and a passion for experimentation to the bar, setting it apart from typical nightlife venues. The concept blends education and enjoyment: showcasing over 400 varieties of rum from Latin America, the Caribbean, and beyond, while offering cocktails that reinterpret tiki classics and push creative boundaries.
